Bilateral Breast Reconstruction with Immediate Implant Insertion

This patient, who underwent a breast enlargement at another office many years ago, was found to harbor one of the BRCA genes.  She underwent Bilateral Nipple Sparing Mastectomies and reconstruction with immediate breast implant insertion.  Deformity of implant position at the right breast was corrected at the time of reconstruction.
