Expander Breast Reconstruction

This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies, sparing the nipple/Areolar complex on each side. Immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders was undertaken.  Ultimately the expanders were exchanged for 500 High Profile Silicone Gel implants.
