Bilateral Expander Reconstruction

This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies, using a nopple-sparing technique on the right side.  Reconstruction was performed using Tissue Expansion followed by placement of silicone gel implants.  The left Nipple/Areolar Complex was reconstructed using a "Skate Flap" together with a skin graft.  No tattooing was used.  Fat grafting was employed at the upper part of the left reconstructed breast.
