Lower Nasal (Alar) Reconstruction

Reconstruction of the "Alar" area of the nose using a staged series of procedures.  Cheek tissue was employed together with a piece of ear cartilage to replace missing tissue.  At the second operation the flap of tissue was inset and shaped.
