Large earlobe size may be an inherited trait or may develop later in life as earlobe tissue stretches. Reducing large earlobes is a simple procedure typically performed in our office procedure room under local anesthesia. When needed, Dr. Shoen will combine earlobe reduction with ear pinning (Otoplasty).
